User Agreement If your actions cause Huiying Preferred (including its own direct economic loss, loss of goodwill, and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement, attorney fees, litigation fees, etc. paid to the outside world), you should compensate Huiying Preferred for the above-mentioned total loss.
If your actions cause Huiying Best to suffer from a third party's claim, Huiying Best can recover all losses from you after assuming monetary payment and other obligations to the third party.
If a third party suffers losses due to your actions or you fail to perform the mediation decision, Huiying Preferred may instruct the company to deduct the corresponding amount from your account for the purpose of protecting social and public interests or consumer rights and interests. If your balance or security deposit is insufficient to pay the corresponding amount, you agree to entrust Huiying Preferred to use its own funds to pay the above amount on your behalf, and you should return the part of the fee and compensate for all the losses caused to Huiying Preferred.
You agree that Huiying Optimal instructs your account to deduct the corresponding amount to pay the above compensation. If the funds in your account are not enough to pay the above compensation, Huiying Preferred can directly offset your rights under other Huiying Preferred agreements, and can continue to recover.
